Mini-Desserts Bakery is HOME MADE BAKERY and is owned by Andrea Schueth, a US citizen born in Sao Paulo Brazil, a city with a strong influence from European immigrant chefs.
Since she was a child, she has had a passion for sweets.
In the 16 years she has lived in the United States, she has gained experience with Italian cuisine.
In the last 3 years, she has been studying with renowned French, Swiss and American chefs.
Her philosophy is to work with GOOD recipes and GREAT,GREAT ingredients!!!
